Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the aq333 platform and its user ("you" or "user"). aq333 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh.

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

aq333 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested as part of verification. We reserve the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Eligibility & Age Limit

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the services of the aq333 platform:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors ("under 21 years of age") are not permitted to use this platform.
• You must be of sound mind and have the capacity to make decisions consciously.
• You must bet using your own funds — you should not use borrowed money or another person's money.
• You must not be subject to any law or regulation that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently supported on the aq333 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
• Once a deposit transaction is successful, it is added to the account balance immediately.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or the one linked to the account.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met.
• aq333 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

aq333 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you ৳3,000 to start playing with.
• Or: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period. The bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time. Specific terms apply to each bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, aq333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• aq333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq333 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets in a deliberate or artificial manner to exploit the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activities.
• Using or attempting to use the platform for money laundering.
• Opening or verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by aq333

aq333 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• In accordance with a court order or directive from the authorities.
• For technical reasons or maintenance (temporarily).

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Any valid balance should be withdrawn using the designated method before the account is closed.
